FAQs

  • Yes, you must be 18 years or older to attend classes at Rise Up Pilates. 

  • Please come to class dressed in fitness athletic wear. Yes, Rise Up Pilates does require grip socks for safety and hygiene purposes. If you arrive to class without grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio.

  • You can book through our studio app or on our website. We recommend booking in advance, as our classes fill up quickly.

  • We offer a variety of classes to suit all different fitness levels and goals, including our Beginner Pilates and Reform classes. If you are new to Pilates, we require that you attend a minimum of 3 Beginner Pilates classes before upleveling to a more challenging class. Still have questions on what class you should take? Ask any of our instructors to assist you in choosing the right class based on your fitness level.

  • At this time, we do not have prenatal or postnatal-specific classes. If you are less than 20 weeks pregnant, you are permitted to take all class formats. Please consult with your doctor before attending ANY class.

  • Yes! We offer private sessions for those who want one-on-one attention or have specific goals. Feel free to call, text or submit an email inquiry regarding private sessions for more scheduling details and information.

  • Rise Up Pilates has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made through our app under "Upcoming Reservations". If you cancel before the 12 hour window, there is no penalty and any eligible credits will return to your account. If you cancel within the 12 hour window you will be charged a late cancel fee of $25 but will keep your credit. If you are a no-show to your class, you will be charged a no-show fee of $40 & lose your credit.

  • Yes! If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Our system will automatically add you to the class if a spot opens up. If you are on the waitlist and are no longer able to attend class, we kindly ask that you remove yourself as soon as possible. If you are added from the waitlist and do not attend the class, you will be considered a “no show” and the standard cancellation policies will apply.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to notify the instructor of any alignments or injuries that apply. While we do our best to accommodate injuries, please note that our instructors are NOT medical professionals or physical therapists. Our instructors reserve the right to restrict a client from taking particular class formats if it might impact their safety.

  • Rise Up Pilates is located in the Rubio Plaza Center. There is parking all throughout the lot within the shopping center, as well as street parking in some of the nearby neighborhoods. There is an additional parking area within walking distance across the street near the Starbucks and CVS Pharmacy.

  • All class package sales are final. In addition, all merchandise sales including water bottles, grip socks, hair clips, etc. are also final. Rise Up Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe you left something behind at the studio, please call, text or email us directly so we can try and locate the item.

  • Yes, we periodically offer special promotions, such as discounts on class packages or new member specials. At this time, we are currently not offering a membership subscription. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest offers!
